    Extremely disappointed. Was not told that the laptop did not have an optical drive. For $900 (on special) so valued higher would have thought it would have come with an optical drive. Is it possible to have an optical drive added?

    Went in today to buy a laptop only to be told that I couldn't actually start the one on display to check out the monitor, try the keyboard etc. To say I was astounded would be a huge understatement. I've never been to a Harvey Norman store where this happens. Never mind, I've still got my $1000 in my pocket and I'll spend it elsewhere. To the franchisee:- have you ever been told you can't test drive or sit in a car before you hand over your hard earned cash? Would you still buy it if you were told that? Wake up sport.
